ProLeak Service Terms & Conditions

By approving an estimate from ProLeak LLC ("ProLeak," "we," "us," or "our"), you authorize us to perform the scope described in that estimate at the price shown, and you accept the terms below. These terms apply to all services performed by ProLeak — pool leak detection, vessel repair, equipment installation, inground safety covers, and seasonal pool openings and closings.
1. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept card or bank transfer (via the PAY NOW link on your invoice), cash, or check payable to ProLeak LLC. Jobs over $2,000 require a 50% deposit at scheduling; the balance is due upon completion. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee. We do not accept Venmo or Zelle.
2. Scheduling & Cancellation
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a $75 trip charge at ProLeak LLC's discretion. If ProLeak LLC is unable to perform the scheduled service due to weather, equipment issue, or emergency, the appointment will be rescheduled at no charge.
3. Warranty — Vessel Repair
Ninety (90) days from service date. If the specific leak ProLeak LLC repaired reopens at the repaired point within 90 days, ProLeak LLC will return and re-repair at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover new leaks, leaks at other locations, or failures in adjacent areas.
4. Warranty — Equipment Installation
The manufacturer's warranty passes through to the customer. New equipment we install carries the manufacturer's parts-and-labor coverage — up to five (5) years, non-prorated, on the equipment we supply. ProLeak LLC warrants installation workmanship for one (1) year.
5. Safety Covers
Inground safety covers carry the cover manufacturer's warranty, which passes through to the customer. ProLeak LLC warrants the installation workmanship for one (1) year. Covers are custom-measured; the customer is responsible for confirming pool measurements and deck conditions communicated at the time of quote.
6. Liability
ProLeak LLC maintains active general liability insurance with $1,000,000 per-occurrence coverage. ProLeak LLC's total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. ProLeak LLC is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, cosmetic damage caused by the leak itself, water loss occurring before service, or damage caused by third parties.
7. Pool Condition Requirements
The pool must be full, or at the level where the leak is suspected. Water must be clean enough that the main drain is visible from the surface — otherwise detection accuracy is significantly reduced. Equipment must be accessible. If conditions are not met on arrival, ProLeak may reschedule at no charge or proceed with the customer's understanding that results may be limited.
8. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for safe access to the pool area, securing pets, removing obstructions, and disclosing known hazards. The customer represents that they are the property owner or have authorization from the property owner to request service.
9. Scope Changes
Any work beyond the scope of an approved estimate requires a separate written estimate and customer approval before proceeding. No additional charges will be incurred without explicit customer approval.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be resolved under Oklahoma law in Oklahoma County District Court, or at ProLeak LLC's option, by binding arbitration administered in Oklahoma County under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
11. Entity
These terms are issued by ProLeak LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company. "ProLeak" and "ProLeak LLC" refer to the same entity.
