ProLeak ("ProLeak," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website at proleak.pro, our phone line (405) 577-8725, SMS and email communications, and any in-person service calls performed by ProLeak.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to respond to your request, schedule service, complete a job, and follow up afterward: your name, phone number, email, and service address; a description of your pool issue and any photos or quotes you send us; and payment information when you pay (processed by our payment provider — we do not store your card details). We also collect basic website analytics and phone/SMS metadata.

When you call ProLeak, your call may be answered by an AI voice assistant that collects your name, phone number, service address, and a brief description of your pool issue, and the call may be recorded and transcribed so we can follow up accurately. By continuing the call after the greeting, you consent to this recording.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Respond to inquiries and schedule, perform, and follow up on service
  • Send appointment reminders, quotes, invoices, and service updates by phone, SMS, or email
  • Process payments and issue receipts
  • Improve our services and marketing (using aggregated or de-identified data where possible)
  • Comply with legal obligations (tax records, warranty claims, disputes)

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

4. SMS and Phone Consent

By providing your phone number, you agree that ProLeak and its service providers may contact you by phone and SMS about your service request, quote, appointment, or follow-up. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time, or HELP for help. You can also email info@proleak.pro.

5. How We Share Your Information

We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate ProLeak, and only as needed to deliver our services:

  • Telephony and SMS provider (Telnyx) — to route calls and texts
  • AI dispatcher provider — to answer and transcribe calls
  • Email service provider (Resend) — to send confirmations, quotes, and follow-ups
  • Payment processor (QuickBooks Payments / Intuit) — to process card and bank payments
  • Database and hosting providers (Supabase, Vercel) — to store records and host the site

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with the sale or transfer of our business.

6. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep customer records as long as needed to perform service, support warranty claims, and meet legal or tax requirements — typically up to seven (7) years for billing records. Website analytics are retained in aggregated form only. You may request deletion at any time except where we are legally required to retain it.

7. How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable third-party providers. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You may access, correct, or delete your information (subject to legal retention), opt out of marketing emails or SMS, and withdraw consent for recorded calls by discontinuing service. To exercise any of these, email info@proleak.pro or call (405) 577-8725; we will respond within thirty (30) days.

9. Children's Privacy

ProLeak's services are directed to adult homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

10. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and analytics, and may use the Meta Pixel and Google services to measure advertising and show relevant ads. You can control cookies through your browser and opt out of personalized ads through your device settings or the Digital Advertising Alliance.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above and post the revised version at proleak.pro/privacy.
